Kick-off Meeting in Rotterdam took place!
This event has been organised as part of activity A1 “Project Management Activities”, which involves the coordination and management of the project to ensure its successful completion, with the participation of project managers from Poland Stefan hulicki and North Macedonia Aleksandra Najcheska.
This partner meeting in person was important for establishing a good partnership and laying the foundation for the project implementation. The meeting was an opportunity for project team members and partners to meet face-to-face, review the project’s objectives and timelines, and discuss roles and responsibilities. Furthermore, it helped in developing a project plan that outlines the project’s objectives, scope, timelines, and resources required to achieve those objectives. Establishing communication channels and protocols to ensure effective communication among project team members and stakeholders was also an important element of the meeting.
