Our main aim is to enhance vocational education and training (VET) opportunities for marginalized young people, in terms of being unemployed and not receiving an education or vocational training , with a particular focus on improving their employability. In order to achieve this objective, we will work to adapt VET to the needs of the labor market and promote innovation in VET.
Specific objectives:
1. To develop a new VET curriculum that focuses on IT and marketing skills, along with digital readiness and resilience, to equip young NEETs with the necessary competencies for success in the modern workplace.
2. To create a digital platform that will provide distance learning to young NEETs, regardless of their location or socioeconomic status, with access to high-quality VET courses that are aligned with the labor market needs.
3. To enhance the employability of young NEETs by equipping them with the necessary digital and marketing skills to succeed in today’s business environment.
4. To promote social inclusion and support the development of a strong and diverse workforce by providing young NEETs with access to modern VET opportunities that are aligned with the labor market needs.
To achieve our objectives, we plan to carry out a range of activities that are designed to support marginalized young people in developing the skills and competencies needed for successful employment. These activities include conducting a training needs analysis, designing and developing a VET curriculum that is responsive to the needs of the labor market and incorporates digital readiness, resilience, and capacity, and creating a distance learning platform that makes VET more accessible to disadvantaged young people.
